Download Instructions Not Received
Solution
Download instructions are sent via an automatically generated email immediately following completion of purchase. These messages are sometimes delayed a bit when the email queue is full, but most should arrive within 30 minutes of purchase completion.
If you have received your order confirmation and still do not have your download instructions, you may want to check to make sure that your email manager has not filtered the download instruction emails as spam. We have had that problem in the past. If you check your spam folder and see that our emails are being sent there, please add
support@technicallead.com
to your address book or list of accepted senders to prevent this problem from occurring in the future.
If you have checked your spam folder and the download instructions are not there, please submit a support ticket and we will send your instructions out right away.
