Updating Credit Card Information on your Account
Solution
If you are a customer making recurring payments, whether it be for a membership or for a product that you purchased with a multiple payment option, and need to update your credit card information, there are a couple of different ways you can make that happen:
1) If you have recently received an email notification from us that your credit card has expired, the easiest way to update your credit card information is to follow the link that is provided at the bottom of that email. By clicking on that link, you will be taken directly to a page where you can safely and securely enter the updated information. Whether you need to change the expiration date of the current card, or if you would like to set up your account with a new credit card, both can be done at this secure site.
2) If you have not received an email notification from us about your credit card expiring, but know that it will expire before your next payment is due, OR if you simply would like to use a different credit card for future payments, you can call us at 1-866-894-0705 and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives who will be happy to get your account updated with the new information. If you reach our voice mail, please leave your name, number and the reason for your call and a Customer Service Representative will contact you by phone, usually within 24 hours. You can also submit a ticket to our HelpDesk at support.technicallead.com, letting us know what you need and leave us a call back number where our Customer Service staff can reach you.
