	Can't see the controls tool bar or menu side bar when watching video

Solution All of our tutorials are designed with both a “menu” sidebar and a “controls” toolbar. In most of our videos, the “menu” sidebar will show up on the left side of the screen and the “controls” toolbar will show at the bottom of the screen. If you are viewing one of our tutorials and are having trouble seeing either the menu or the control toolbar, please try the following tips:

1) Make sure that your computer’s resolution is set to at least 1024x768.

2) Make sure that you are playing the videos by clicking on the “Click Here to Start” icon and not by clicking on individual chapter files.

3) Try using a different browser to open the “Click Here to Start” file. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try using Firefox to open the file and see if that makes a difference.
